AROMA INHALATION : Add a few drops to an absorbent paper towel sheet, cotton ball, soft tissue or handkerchief; Place a few drops into a diffuser, plug-in device, or on a light bulb, or simply add 4 or 5 drops into a small bowl of hot water.
BODY MASSAGE: Blend a few drops of Nature’s Answer essential oil with a fragrance-free or lightly-fragranced body lotion such as Almond Oil, Cocoa butter, Shea butter or Coconut. Apply gently.( do not apply essential oils directly to skin)
